About Guy Reynolds
Guy has amassed over 25 years of expertise in Recruitment, Talent, and HR, working both in Australia and the UK. His career began in large-scale, complex, listed global entities and later transitioned to agile, smaller boutique organizations. After managing multiple offices for the listed UK labor hire firm Manpower UK, Guy migrated to Sydney where he successfully managed a Financial Accounting recruitment business for nearly four years in the competitive Financial Services market. Since 2005, Guy has been at the helm of internal HR Talent functions across a variety of sectors including financial institutions like Suncorp, RBC Dexia, and StatePlus, as well as in legal, technology, and consulting sectors with organizations like Clayton Utz, Gartner, and Accenture in Australia and New Zealand.
