Whilst simplistic, it was clear from our experience these fundamentals were often neglected within the traditional Talent Acquisition and Talent Consulting lifecycle.
Whilst positions may be successfully ‘filled’ or the talent challenge overcome (eventually!) the experience and value proposition was often somewhat disappointing for all parties.
