Executive Assistant (Corporate Services)

  • 18 month contract

Following organisational growth this newly created role supports the COO and broader leadership team with high level administrative support.

Duties will be varied but include regular reporting and forecasting, organising and attending Board meetings, minute taking, diary management, creation of correspondence (internal and external) and acting as the first line of contact (phone and face to face) for queries relating to the COO/ Leadership.

To succeed you will require exceptional time management skills, have meticulous attention to detail, possess exceptional levels of customer service, have strong stakeholder management and a proactive approach to supporting a small leadership group within a NFP.

Previous experience in a similar EA/ Senior Office Administrator would be highly advantageous, and strong MS office skills are expected.
Knowledge and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and significant experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities is essential.
