Office Manager/ Practice Manager

Newly Created Role in a Growing and Ambitious Professional Services Firm

Permanent part-time (hybrid)

Located in Sydney West (parking onsite and close to transport hub)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD)

$115 – 140k FTE + super dependent on experience (pro rata)

This is a broad and varied role reporting to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and systems improvement, including aligning with growth plans.

Proactively ensuring the business, people, and systems are:

Running effectively.

Fit for purpose for the company’s growth.

Providing support to the MD as an Executive Assistant as required (the MD is self-sufficient, so this is a smaller aspect of the role).

Ensuring all billings, accounts, and expense reports are updated and accurate.

Potentially assisting with and advising on recruiting, onboarding, and managing new employees as the business develops.

Taking a strategic and proactive approach to business with a ‘can-do’ mindset.

Preferred Experience:

Experience operating as an EA, Practice Manager, or Office Manager in a professional services organization (advantageous).

Familiarity with ActionStep and Netdocs (advantageous but not essential).
